At CP SERENE SKIN SOLUTIONS, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our beauty and skincare services and digital products.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available under specific circumstances as outlined in this policy.
  • All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase or scheduled service date.

3. Service-Based Refunds

  • If a customer cancels an appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, they may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled based on availability.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or no-shows.
  • If a service is not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, customers will be offered the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

4. Digital Product Refunds

  • Refunds for digital products, such as gift vouchers, are only applicable if the product was not delivered within 24 hours or contains technical errors preventing its use.
  • Used or redeemed vouchers are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
